Stonnington City Centre (Malvern Town Hall) is the former town hall of the municipality of Malvern in the state of Victoria.

It is the seat of the Local Government Area of the City of Stonnington.

It is located on the northeast corner of Glenferrie Road and High Street, in Malvern.

The Shire Hall was designed by Wilson and Beswicke, in the Second Empire style.

The foundation stone was laid by the Hon. Alfred Deakin, the Minister of Public Works, on September 22, 1885.

Additions to the building in 1890, included a second tower and an extended facade.

A portico was later added.

After the amalgamatian of the City of Malvern with the City of Prahran in 1994 to form the City of Stonnington, the Town Hall was renamed the Stonnington City Centre and it became the the corporate headquarters of the new Stonnington City Council, (City of Stonnington).
