Malcolm Allen (born May 29, 1973 in Wauchope, New South Wales) is a former freestyle swimmer from Australia, who competed for his native country at the Atlanta Games in 1996. He placed 13th in the 400m Freestyle, and ended up fourth with the Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay Team. A year earlier, at the 1995 FINA Short Course World Championships in Rio de Janeiro, he won the bronze medal in the 400m Freestyle.
