[edit] Plot
Makita Ka Lang Muli tells of a feud between the Barbarosa family and the Van Helden family. The story begins 34 years in the past when Olympia Van Helden murders her wealthy husband and his faithful servants, the Barba family, to get to the Van Helden fortune. The youngest Barba, Valentin, escapes with his life and finds refuge in a slum area located near a garbage dump site. Growing into adulthood, Vicar rallies his fellow slum dwellers into going into the recycling business. The business turns into a great success and Valentin changes his name to Vicar Barbarosa. He sets himself up as a successful businessman...a front that he hopes would help him to exact his revenge on Olympia Van Helden.[1]
