Mai Takahashi

Mai Takahashi (born February 23, 1984) is a Japanese actress.
She made her screen debut in 2004 as a cast-member of a TV drama, with further roles leading to photo features in popular magazines. She went on to appear in a McDonald's advertising campaign; in the [word missing] Futari; and as Kawahime, the River Princess, in Takashi Miike's 2005 horror-fantasy children's film Yokai Daisenso (妖怪大戦争), released in the U.S. in 2006 as The Great Yokai War. She also appeared in Sion Sono directed Strange Circus.
A book of photographs of her was released in Japan in Fall 2005.
She also played the characters Yuri Kishida, Kanae and Ryuuko Tagawa in the 2006 videogame Siren 2.
