Mahara Okeroa is a New Zealand politician. He is a member of the Labour Party. He has been the MP for Te Tai Tonga since the 1999 elections, when he defeated the incumbent Tu Wyllie of New Zealand First. Before entering politics, he was a teacher. He was born in Waitara.
