It was deleted because the image was uploaded with a "for non-commercial use only" or "used with permission" license. There is more information about this here. The image that you uploaded is at Image:Anasysntaksi-logo-s.gif. For it to stay on Wikipedia, it needs to be tagged properly - otherwise, it will be deleted again. I've temporarily restored the image so you can fix it. There are some instructions on the image page if you click on it. In the event that it gets deleted again, try uploading the same image to the same filename. --HappyCamper 17:28, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

Oh, "tagged properly" means this: When you upload an image to Wikipedia, you get a dropdown menu with a number of choices. You just need to make sure that you picked the one that reflects how the image is to be used. --HappyCamper 02:19, 5 August 2006 (UTC)

Hi, I'll keep an eye out for the ballot paper you mentioned.
