Masetroh is a rather infamous Internet poster active on several Christian websites and is known for his strong debating ability. In February 2001, he engaged a Word of Faith apologist named Troy Edwards, who posted by the moniker Victoryword, in an enlightening debate on the issue of the Word of Faith movement. This debate occurred on the website of "Charisma," the flagship periodical of the charismatic movement. After some fifty posts of emotional outrage, both men opted to call a truce and accept differences with one another.

His most famous debate occurred the following month when he bested a Mooresville, North Carolina poster named Sola Scriptora on the issue of "King James Onlyism." Maestroh bludgeoned Sola who was reduced to calling him names such as 'liar.' The two again entered the fray in July 2002 and Maestroh again won the debate when the opponent refused to speak to him after Maestroh compared his zeal for the King James with Islamic fundamentalism.

Maestroh attended medical school in 2002. He has also been active on other Word of Faith boards and on the now defunct Theology Forums. He graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary in the spring of 2006 and is currently working on a Ph.D. in textual criticism at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.
