Madoc is a township in eastern Ontario, Canada in Hastings County.
According to the 2001 Statistics Canada Census:
- Population: 2,044
- % Change (1996 – 2001): 0.6
- Dwellings: 782
- Area (km².): 269.98
- Density (persons per km².): 7.6
The township was named after legendary Welsh prince Madoc ap Owain Gwynedd, credited by some with discovering America in 1170.
