Madhupur is a city and a municipality in Deoghar district in the Indian state of Jharkhand.

It has an average elevation of 228 metres (748 feet).Madhupur is surround by to monsoon river.It has connectivity by road and rail to metros of India like kolkata. This city is also mentioned in the movie Vivahh as the girl(Amrita Rao) in the movie belongs to this city.
