Cory gives advice about the ladies to The Juicer, who has his eyes on the beautiful new transfer student, Kayla. However, Kayla has her eyes on Cory. Meanwhile, Raven is grounded for one week, for being late to her Aunt's 80th birthday celebration.

- Spencer Locke (who plays Kayla), is a recurring charecter on Phil of the Future, another Disney Channel sitcom.
- Cory's line "Whatever! I do what I want!" may be a reference to a line said on the Comedy Central show South Park. In the similar show, Lizzie McGuire, when Matt (the character similar to Cory) is hall monitor, he is dragged away by an older teacher for handing out violations and yells, "RESPECT MY AUTHORITY!!!" Another line by Cartman in the episode Chicken Lover.
