Mad Emperors

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"Mad Emperors" is a term used in contrast to or juxtaposition with the Good Emperors, to refer to some of the more depraved, infamous, and megalomaniacal Roman Emperors. Traditionally, the list refers to Caligula, Nero, Domitian, Commodus, and Elegabalus. Tiberius is sometimes included in that list of imperial infamy.
