[edit] Viridian laboratories?

As far as I'm aware, there are no labs in Viridian City, and all that stuff about pulling down the briefs...? It sounds fishy. Also, there is no town of "Garber" in Pokemon that I know about, and I doubt that story about Team Rocket and the belt. It all sounds like a joke. But I'll poke around a little before I do anything.
