Macquarie University Students' Council

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Macquarie University Students' Council (MUSC) is the representative body for students at Macquarie University's Ryde campus. The current Chairman of MUSC, Victor Ma, a long-time student, has had to fight to retain his place at the University, for taking a long time to finish his degree. Ma's Liberal faction also dominates Students at Macquarie (Macquarie University Union). Ma unsuccessfully ran for a seat in the 2004 Ryde City Council elections, and has previously stood as a candidate for the Unity Party in a NSW State election.
