Macanese

The word Macanese may mean:
- Related to Macao (now a special administrative region of the People's Republic of China); esp. a resident or native of the city.
- A member of the Macanese people, a community of mixed Portuguese and Asian ancestry in Macao;
- The Macanese language, a creole based chiefly on Portuguese and Cantonese, as well as influences from languages in the former Portuguese empire (e.g. Malay).
