Hiya, I'm Art, I'm 16 and I'm from Sydney, Australia. As with all of us, I'm here and editing due to far too much free time on my hands, creating ridiculous mostly music-based pages that probably nobody will ever see. I heart teh moozak in many forms, play piano and am also interested in languages, Asian culture/politics and whatnot, particularly Japanese which I've been doing for three years and North Korean affairs. In 2003 I took on the ridiculous name M.C. Brown Shoes during my brief but glorious foray into hip-hop, and I'm now continuing to use it for a radio show/podcast I'm hosting with my mate Adam, aka MC Survey. Add me on MSN, I need cool people to talk to: mcbrownshoes@fastmail.fm. PFA rocks :D
- "I began to like New York, the racy, adventurous feel of it at night, and the satisfaction that the constant flicker of men and women and machines gives to the restless eye. I liked to walk up Fifth Avenue and pick out romantic women from the crowd and imagine that in a few minutes I was going to enter into their lives, and no one would ever know or disapprove. Sometimes, in my mind, I followed them to their apartments on the corner of hidden streets, and they turned and smiled back at me before they faded through a door into warm darkness. At the enchanted metropolitan twilight I felt a haunting loneliness sometimes, and felt it in others."
- F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby

[edit] Passions
- New Radicals (Gregg Alexander/Danielle Brisebois) phenomenally underrated music tragically cut short due to fear of fame. i worked on this page with my homeboy Fritze. i also created/worked heavily on:
- Scott Cain yeah, don't ask me why, there's just something about this guy, he's so lame! that he's cool. i'm really scared by the amount of research and time i've put into his pages.
- Ben Folds this guy's such a hero to me. he wins at the piano skills and rarely has a song that isn't profound, down-to-earth and inspiring.
- Yoko Ono seriously, i find this woman so much more interesting than her considerably more acclaimed husband. she's awesome. i also wrote most of her wiki pages that i know nobody will ever bother to read. i'm particularly proud of:
- Joni Mitchell if you've heard her stuff you know how downright cool she is. i can't believe it was up to me to write/tidy up most of her album pages.
- Prince seriously the most talented musician ever! no hyperbole required. i covered some of his more obscure career points with help from the legendary MistaTee. i also insist around the wiki, rather pettily, that Prince be credited as where appropriate.
- Björk my latest pet project: bjork single pages, somehow amongst the most neglected pages on the wiki. so far i'm up to Post.
- Tori Amos just a girl and a piano, and still the best concert i've ever been to.
- Scatman John i wrote most of this page, i win. :D and btw don't laugh. the guy's a legend. he stuttered, like me, and turned his disability into an ability to create awesome scat sounds with his mouth. 90's music owns btw.:
- Shanks & Bigfoot i wrote this page because nobody else cared, yay!
- The Avalanches gorgeous tapestries of obscurity!
- Crazy Frog honest to god, this frog ftw. you've gotta give credit to him for taking such a stupid idea and making it so, so ridiculously successful. plus i've met him and he's a top bloke. see pic. :DDD
- Kid Creole and the Coconuts omfg this guy rules!! why hasn't everyone heard of him!?!

[edit] Awesome editors
- Mista Tee, who continues to do a stellar job on the Prince pages
- Fritz Saalfeld, who's been brainwashed too
- Priestmark (Yay, thank you :D --Mark 09:38, 7 September 2005 (UTC))
- HarrySalmon, fellow DPRK editor/comrade in freedom, check his gutsy footage shot inside the country here!
- Bjornar. As much as I completely and totally disagree with him politically, balance is important and I know a top bloke when I see one.
- All my base continue to belong to Purplefeltangel, despite her untimely departure from Wikipedia.
- MC Survey, partner in crime
- The great grape ape is straight out of the know, I like the cut of this guy's jib
