M-34 is an east-west highway, entirely undivided surface road, in southeastern Michigan, with a western terminus near Osseo on M-99 and its eastern terminus at M-52 in Adrian. Roughly in the middle of its course it goes through Hudson, where it has an interstection with US 127.
It feeds to and from Hillsdale to the northwest via M-99.
As of 2003, M-34's short connector to US 223 eventually got abandoned and got obliterated thereby a new connector by the name of Industrial Dr. was assigned into the state trunkline system as a new connector between the 2 highways.
