M-221 is a short state trunkline in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan connecting M-28 with the community of Brimley and Brimley State Park.
- Historic Note: M-221 was originally part of M-28, turning east onto 6 Mile Road to junction with US 2 (now Mackinac Trail).
