M-13 Connector (abbreviated CONN M-13) is a Michigan state highway connecting I-75/US 23 to M-13 near the community of Kawkawlin, just north of Bay City.

The highway was opened in 1961 as the north end of a new US-23 freeway around Bay City, and was extended north in 1967. The Michigan Department of State Highways, precursor to the state Department of Transportation, wanted to designate the orphaned piece—as well as former US-23 north of the freeway—as US-23 Alternate. However, the American Association of State Highway Officials declined, and M-13 was extended north on the surface section, with the freeway becoming M-13 Connector. Even though this segment of freeway is strictly rural, it is posted with a 65 MPH speed limit, which is usually for urban freeways in Michigan; most rural freeways are posted with a 70 MPH speed limit.

MDOT internally calls the road "Connector 14", as the 14th connector in sequence.
