M-129 is a state trunkline in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It runs from Cedarville to Sault Ste. Marie.

Historical note: M-129 was originally part of US 2 from 1926 to the 1930's, then was named M-121 then M-5 before finally becoming M-129 in 1939.
