Lyonpo Khandu Wangchuk

Lyonpo Khandu Wangchuk (born 1950) is a member of the Council of Ministers of Bhutan. He was chairman of the Council (Prime Minister) from 2001 until 2002, and has been the foreign minister of Bhutan since 2003. In September 2006, he became prime minister again.
