Lyme-Old Lyme High School is a coeducational public school located at 69 Lyme Street in Old Lyme, Connecticut. It serves the communities of Lyme and Old Lyme.

The Lyme-Old Lyme High School mission statement was developed to prepare for the 2005 NEASC Accreditation process. It reads as follows:
- "Lyme-Old Lyme High School is a community of learners committed, with pride and purpose, to developing skilled problem solvers, effective communicators, and contributing citizens."

Lyme-Old Lyme High School is a member of the Shoreline Conference as well as the CIAC. It currently offers the following Sports: Cross-Country, Football (Co-Op w/VRHS), Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Fencing, Gymnastics, Ice Hockey (Co-Op with St. Bernards High School), Indoor Track, Baseball, Crew, Softball, Golf, Lacrosse, Track, and Tennis.
