Lydia is a five piece indie rock group formed in Gilbert, Arizona in 2003. They are on HourZero Records.

They are currently writing their first new song since Mindy White joined the band. It will be included in the next installment of the Atticus - Dragging The Lake series. They were also included in the '100 Bands You Need To Know In 2006' in the April 2006 edition of Alternative Press magazine.
There are also participating in the Vans Warped Tour.
They have released a newly recorded demo on their MySpace. The song is called "Your Taste Is My Attention"
According to Absolutepunk.net Lydia has begun writing and demoing material for their next release. They have also posted a new tour video on their MySpace page
