Lutjebroek is a village in the Netherlands in the community Stede Broec. It has a population of just over 2000 people.

In colloquial Dutch, 'Lutjebroek' has become synonymous for 'any insignificant spec on the map'. This probably has to do with the comical sound of the name ('broek' is Dutch for 'pants'). Also, the Dutch word 'luttel' is akin to the English word 'little' and 'je' is a diminutive.
