Lutèce (restaurant)

The Lutèce was a famed French Restaurant in Manhattan opened for more than 30 years before it closed in 2004. It now has a satellite restaurant, Lutèce (Las Vegas), in Las Vegas. [1]

Lutèce opened in 1961 by founder and chef Andre Soltner and closed on Valentine's Day 2004. It was famous for its Alsatian tart and a sauteed foie gras with dark chocolate sauce and bitter orange marmalade. [2]
