Luso

Luso may be:

  • a term used to describe a person of any sort of Portuguese origins, including all former colonies, such as Brazil and Cape Verde
  • a prefix meaning Portuguese (after the Roman province of Lusitania, roughly corresponding to modern Portugal)
  • Luso a Portuguese village of the municipality of Mealhada, renowned by its mineral waters
    • Águas do Luso one of the largest Portuguese companies of mineral water
  • the pre-independence name of Luena, Angola (also Vila Luso)
