Lupstein is a French commune, located in the département of Bas-Rhin and the région of Alsace.

Lupstein is located at a longitude of 07° 29' 15" East and a latitude of 48° 44' 17" North. It has an average altitude of 195 m with a maximum of 157 m and a minimum of 234 m. The total area of Lupstein is 7.82 km².
