Lukas "Luki" Botha ( 1930 - 2006 born in Tswane, Gauteng, South Africa) is a former Formula One driver from South Africa, who raced in one World Championship Grand Prix driving a privately-entered Brabham BT7 (Kyalami 1967). After 38 laps he had a mechanical problem that was resolved with the help of a spectator. He continued to finish the race. He made his debut in the South African F1 series in 1966 and took part in the South African series races the following year until July, when he crashed heavily at Lourenço Marques, now Maputo, in Mozambique, killing eight spectators. He never raced again.
