Luke Swain, (born 24 February 1979 in Penrith, NSW, Australia) is an Australian National Rugby League player. He plays the position of Second Row for the Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club.

Key factors in his decision to move north were to play under Head Coach John Cartwright and along side Titans inaugural signing Preston Campbell as well as renewing acquaintances with former team mate and fellow 2003 Telstra Premiership winner Scott Sattler.

In 2007 Swain will be one of the inaugural members of the newly admitted Gold Coast Titans side after he announced in 2006 that he had signed a new deal to the Gold Coast.
