Luke Burbank is a NPR National Desk reporter and former freelance reporter for All Things Considered, This American Life, and Morning Edition, and began as a panelist on Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me! in July of 2006.

- During August 2006, Luke filled in for Peter Sagal for 3 episodes of Wait Wait. During the first episode he hosted, panelist Aamer Haleem started a trend of chanting "LUKE" whenever the show returns from a break, which Burbank has been forced to consistently explain is not the audience booing him.
