Lujiang County

Lujiang County (simplified Chinese: 庐江县; pinyin: Lújiāng Xiàn) is a county in Anhui under the jurisdiction of Chaohu. Its population is 1,200,000 and its area is 2352 square kilometers. The government of Lujiang County is located at Lucheng Town.

Lujiang District has jurisdiction over 17 towns.

Military strategist Zhou Yu was born in Lujiang District, which is in modern day Lujiang County, in 175, and was buried there upon his death in 210.
