I made quite a few rewordings and reorganizations today. I also removed the following statement as it is factually incorrect: "Is 104 hits shy of becoming only the sixth player to collect 1000 hits in both the Major League and the Venezuelan League" (He only has 671 major league hits, not 896.) Also, I noted that the "Highlights" section was quite similar, possibly too similar, to his New York Yankees web site, but I made no changes other than that mentioned above. -- Ithacagorges 19:58 9 Jul 2005
