Luisana Mia (1981) was a Venezuelan telenovela that was produced by and seen on Venezuela's Radio Caracas Televisión. Ligia Lezama wrote this telenovela and Humberto Morales was its director. This telenovela lasted 104 episodes and was distributed internationally by Coral International.

This is a strong psychological drama about the struggle of a young and talented woman who refuses to remain confined as a simple housewife. It is about a difficult marriage with an ambitious and successful young man whose insecurities and sexist prejudices nearly destroys his life and his family. The struggle leaves deep scars in both, however, the persistence of love eventually brings him to a transition and understanding of reality.
