Luis López de Mesa

Luis López de Mesa (*1884 - †1967), medical doctor, psychiatrist, and pedagogue, rector of the National University of Colombia, and Minister of Education. He created the first psychological test to be administered in Colombia in 1920 and was cofounder of the Faculty (School) of Psychology at the National University of Colombia in 1947, together with Mercedes Rodrigo Bellido and José María García Madrid, amongst others.
