Luigi Segre

Luigi «Gigi» Segre (1919 - 1963) was an italian automotive designer and engineer, leading the Carrozzeria Ghia from 1953, when Mario Boano left, until his death. His most famous design was the Karmann-Ghia (1953). He also established the OSI (car) coachbuilding company with Arrigo Olivetti in 1960. Segre died from complications during surgery.
