A Luftwaffe 1kg incendiary bomb (Brandbombe) presumed to be of the B1 type. This bomb has been defused and the filling removed and is dated 1936. It fell on an aunt's house and, failing to detonate, was defused by the Bomb Disposal people, sometime during World War II.

The ruler is a standard one-foot (300mm) steel rule.
