Ludovico Scarfiotti (18 October 1933 - 8 June 1968) was a Formula One driver from Italy. He participated in 10 Grands Prix, debuting on 23 June 1963. He won 1 race, and scored a total of 17 championship points.

Scarfiotti was born in Turin. His 1966 Italian Grand Prix win, at the wheel of a Ferrari, was the last (as of 2006) by an Italian driver.

He was known as a man of impeccable manners and a perfect gentleman. Images of him show him racing in a traditional Ferrari blazer and a bow tie sans helmet. Not much is known of his driving style, though it is generally accepted that he had a good sense of fair play and was always unwilling to jeopardise anyone's safety but his own.

Scarfiotti died in 1968 at a hillclimbing event on the Roßfeldhöhenringstraße near Berchtesgaden, Germany.
