Ludlow is a village in Livingston County, Missouri, United States. The population was 204 at the 2000 census.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 204 people, 75 households, and 53 families residing in the town. The population density was 605.9/km² (1,562.3/mi²). There were 92 housing units at an average density of 273.2/km² (704.6/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 97.55% White, 0.49% African American, 0.98% Native American, and 0.98% from two or more races.
There were 75 households out of which 40.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.3% were married couples living together, 16.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.3% were non-families. 25.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.72 and the average family size was 3.19.
In the town the population was spread out with 32.8% under the age of 18, 7.8% from 18 to 24, 32.4% from 25 to 44, 12.3% from 45 to 64, and 14.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 30 years. For every 100 females there were 117.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.6 males.
The median income for a household in the town was $19,688, and the median income for a family was $20,000. Males had a median income of $21,250 versus $20,000 for females. The per capita income for the town was $10,118. About 22.2% of families and 27.4% of the population were below the poverty line, including 42.3% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those sixty five or over.
