Lucius E. Johnson

Lucius E. Johnson (18461921) was a president of the Norfolk and Western Railway from 1904 until his death in 1921, with the exception of 5 months in 1918 (during World War I) when he served as Chairman of its Board. He lived in Roanoke, Virginia.

Johnson succeeded legendary Frederick J. Kimball, who had opened the Pocahontas coalfields to land the N&W railroad owned.
