Lubomír Štach (born May 28, 1986 in Vsetin, Czechoslovakia, now the Czech Republic) is an amateur ice hockey defenceman who currently plays for the Peterborough Petes in the Ontario Hockey League.
Štach started his OHL career in 2004 with the Belleville Bulls, who soon traded him to the Guelph Storm. He remained there until late in 2006 when the Storm traded him unexpectedly to the Petes. Once in Peterborough, he immediately became a fan favourite, due to his friendly personality, his gold tooth, and his talents both offensively and defensively. His co-blueliner on the Petes was Kyle Raftis, and the pair share the exact same birthday. Štach was often affectionately nicknamed "Lubby" by his fans and his teammates.
Štach is the shortest defenceman in the entire Ontario Hockey League, being only 5'10" tall. He was one of the key players on the Petes in 2006 when they won the OHL Championship.
