Loyola de Palacio

Loyola de Palacio (Madrid, September 16, 1950 - ) is a Spanish politician. She was a member of the European Commission from 1999 to 2004 (in the Prodi Commission), serving as Vice President in charge of the relations with the European Parliament, as well as transport and energy.
