Lower Greenville is a neighborhood in east Dallas, Texas (USA), west of Lakewood. It straddles Dallas Council Districts 14 and 2.[1][2]

The neighborhood is basically the strip of Greenville closest to Bryan Street, where it becomes Munger Boulevard. It contains many popular bars and restaurants and hosts an annual Saint Patrick's Day parade.
