[edit] Crow

A part of the Liberty City Stories soundtrack article suggests that a previous member of Love Fist is now a solo artist, under the name "Crow" in 1998, promoting an outdoor concert of sorts, but I'm not sure which member of Love Fist he is. It's worth a mentioned in this article if this is true. ╫ 25 ◀RingADing▶ 12:47, 6 February 2006 (UTC) ╫

[edit] Voice

Can anyone find out who did Jezz Torrent's voice in the advertisement in San Andreas? It would be a useful information to add to the article. -- Ritchy 00:22, 7 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] KISS

I removed the following from the article:

The band are very similar to KISS in style, both musically and visually. The name "Love Fist" may be a parody named after the KISS song "Love Gun".

I don't know where that come from, seriously. Love Fist don't look at all like KISS. Where's the make-up, the spikes? Musically, the only way these two are "very similar" is if all 80s hard rock bands should be considered very similar to each other. As for the "love fist" v. "love gun" relation, they're only alike because they're two-word named starting with "love". By the same token, "Love Fist" could be a parody of the show "Love Boat", of the phone dating service "Love Line", or of the Simpson's fictional "Love Day". We need a more solid connection than that before we include it in the article! -- Ritchy 23:55, 28 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Spinal Tap references

The stage shown in the game features a giant skull and moreover looks very much like the stage shown in one scene on the film. There is already a reference to Spinal Tap in the article. Someone could work this in.

[edit] 1992

there is not any mention of the role that some of the band members took in San Andreas. A couple of them were in the game and actually are included in a couple of missions, including one where their drug use lands them in the middle of the desert and CJ has to find them, if my memory serves me correct. someone who can remember their role in San Andreas should add this I suggest.

I think you're confusing them with Kent Paul and Maccer. -- Ritchy 13:22, 20 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Liberty City Stories billboard

I'm curious, how does the billboard "hint" that Love Fist will play at the casino? What does it say or show, exactly? Can we get a picture of it? -- Ritchy 22:59, 16 June 2006 (UTC)

You can find one at the second turn into the city's airport. That's where I found out about the tour. ╫ 25 ◀RingADing▶ 05:49, 7 September 2006 (UTC) ╫
Unfortunately, I don't own the game, or a PSP or a PS2. I rely on someone else describing it to me :( But my main question is the word "hint". How does a billboard "hint" at an advertisement, as opposed to just saying it? -- Ritchy 13:43, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
It's hard to tell because the billboard never clarified the time of the tour, simply stating "this Winter." For all I know, the billboard could be referring to Winter 1997, or even earlier, because the billboard may not have been taken down after all these years. Anyway, I changed "hint" to "suggest" to avoid any confusion. It would be expected that most of the player who see the billboard assume that the band would be playing in Winter 1998. ╫ 25 ◀RingADing▶ 16:38, 16 September 2006 (UTC) ╫

[edit] Songs

I belive there is a mistake on the song A Broken Heart Can't Be Mended (Just Broken Again), according to Jezz's interview on K-chat, there is mention that, that's actually a line IN the song, Satan's Pillows. Someone might wanna check up on that.

I also the name "The Four Scottish Horsemen Of The Apocalypse" sounds more or less like a nickname they refer to themselves as. Sparky-sama 10:02, 6 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Lineup

I changed the line up on Dick and Willy's instruments, as they were stated in reverse (Willy actually plays bass, as stated in the Publicity Tour mission where Dick asks Willy to say something, and Willy replies with "I'm gonna play bass in hell!" (Note: I found that out by compiling the Love Fist mission wave files.)Sparky-sama 09:59, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
