"Loving Me Back To Life" was co-written by Geri Halliwell and Guy Chambers. It lasts 3:24.

The lyrics are about being grateful for a past relationship, even though the break-up was hurtful. The song is dedicated to "Peter & Reg" - possibly ex-lovers of the singer's.

It should be noted, moreover, that Geri Halliwell inserted in the lyrics some lines she had written years ago - lines that she mentions in her autobiography, If Only : "Love to live, live to love".
