Love and Kisses was the first of many formations by French producer and composer Alec R. Costandinos.
After collaborating on Cerrone's debut album "Love in c minor" (1976), he came out in the spring of 1977 with two other disco masterpieces, "Accidental lover" and "I found love (now that I have found you)", which were full side lengthy songs combining lush orchestral sounds, classical influences, male and female vocals, strong bass lines and intricate arrangements.
The year after saw the release of their second album titled "How much how much I love you" (covered on side A, "Beauty and the beast" completed side B) utilising the same basic formula. This was followed close by, with the title track of the disco movie "Thank God It's Friday". Their third and final album was the unimpressive "You must be love" released almost unnoticed in 1979.
