Love & Life is the sixth studio album by American singer Mary J. Blige, released in the United States on August 26, 2003 (see 2003 in music) on Geffen Records. The album was primarily produced by P. Diddy, with additional production from Dr. Dre and Mario Winans. It debuted at #1 on the U.S. The following week the album fell to #8 and began it's free fall out of the Billboard 200. The album included four singles: "Love @ 1st Sight" (featuring Method Man), "Ooh!", "Not Today" (featuring Eve) and "It's A Wrap".
The album, however, has been proclaimed as a disappointment. Critics called it Mary's worst album, with "Just Driven recycled Hip Hop".The CD has also suffered sluggish sales. The album has been Mary's worst selling album, but it was still certified Platinum by the RIAA.
