LoveSac is a brand of furniture and accessories manufactured and distributed by the LoveSac Corporation. LoveSac is also a common misnomer for the Oversized Sac product invented in 1995[1] by LoveSac Founder and CEO, Shawn D. Nelson.

Oversized Sacs resemble very large beanbag chairs, but are filled with shredded polyurethane foam rather than polystyrene beads. The company has coined the slogan "It's not a damn bean bag!".

On January 30, 2006, the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
