Louise Vyent
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Louise Vyent is a Dutch model of Surinamese heritage. In the late eighties and early nineties, she was one of the fashion industry's most sought-after black supermodels. She had a role in the 1992 Eddie Murphy comedy movie Boomerang.
Louise Vyent was notable for her glamourously styled long hair, which she was more likely to wear plainly when not modeling. She is not as ubiquitous as she was in the late eighties, but she continues to model nonetheless, as this fashion shoot from the April 2006 issue of More magazine demonstrates.
In the 1980s, Louise landed on the covers of several of the top fashion magazines, such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and Glamour.
