Louann Fernald (born October 23, 1957 in San Antonio, Texas) is an American model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its June 1979 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Dwight Hooker.
Louann was born in Texas but was raised in Florida, where her father raised oranges and once worked on missile systems. She attended the University of Florida. She was discovered by Playboy through the 25th Anniversary Great Playmate Hunt.
She married and had three children, and worked as a stockbroker, a business owner and as a public relations consultant, and as of 1996 had just entered law school. In 1988 the avid runner completed the New York City Marathon in less than four hours.
