What does "code" mean in this context (in 2002 he switched codes to Rugby Union)? There's nothing at Code (disambiguation). In the Rugby union and Rugby pages it appears to mean "rules," but then I don't understand what switching codes would consist of. Forgive me for knowing nothing about rugby, but it would nice to have the terms cleared up on this and other rugby pages. Chick Bowen 22:46, September 11, 2005 (UTC)

There are two "codes" of rugby: rugby league and rugby union. Basically they're similar but seperate sports, sharing a common route. I'll try to edit this article to make it clearer, and maybe put something on Code (disambiguation), since it is a common usage of teh word in rugby circles. Grinner 09:45, 12 September 2005 (UTC)
