Los Tipitos have 1 or 2 albums relaesed in Argentina, Uruguay and Bolivia and I'm sure some songs have been popular, "Brujeria" and "Campanas" reached top of the Argentine rock rankings so I think they count as a "notable" band

anyway I don't understand why their article should be deleted even if they are not so popular, didn't know Wikipedia was a popularity contest...
